Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under sections 25 and 28 of the Canada Revenue Agency Act, appoints Heather Evans of Toronto, Ontario, to be Commissioner of Revenue, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($357,600 - $420,600), effective July 13, 2026.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, en vertu des articles 25 et 28 de la Loi sur l’Agence du revenu du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Heather Evans, de Toronto (Ontario), commissaire du revenu, à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (357 600 $ – 420 600 $), à compter du 13 juillet 2026.
