Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, under subsection 23 of the An Act to implement the Protocol on the Accession of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership, chapter 7 of the Statutes of Canada, 2026, fixes the date of entry into force, for Canada, of the Protocol on the Accession of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership, done at Auckland and Bandar Seri Begawan on July 16, 2023, as the day on which that Act comes into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Commerce international et en vertu de l’article 23 de la Loi portant mise en œuvre du Protocole d’adhésion du Royaume-Uni de Grande-Bretagne et d’Irlande du Nord à l’Accord de partenariat transpacifique global et progressiste, chapitre 7 des Lois du Canada (2026), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe à la date d’entrée en vigueur, pour le Canada, du Protocole d’adhésion du Royaume-Uni de Grande-Bretagne et d’Irlande du Nord à l’Accord de partenariat transpacifique global et progressiste, fait à Auckland et Bandar Seri Begawan le 16 juillet 2023, la date d’entrée en vigueur de cette loi.
