                 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Prime Minister, or the Minister of Foreign Affairs to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, the Instrument of Ratification for the 1994 Agreement relating to the Implementation of Part XI of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.

                 Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise le premier ministre ou le ministre des Affaires étrangères à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, l’Instrument de ratification de l’Accord de 1994 relatif à l’application de la Partie XI de la Convention des Nations Unies sur le droit de la mer.
