Whereas, under subsection 5(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness has caused a copy of the proposed Regulations Amending the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (Transit Between International Flights) to be laid before each House of Parliament;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (Transit Between International Flights) under section 26 and paragraphs 148(1)(d) and 150(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.

Attendu que le ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile, conformément au paragraphe 5(2) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, a fait déposer le projet de règlement intitulé Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés (transit entre vols internationaux), devant chaque chambre du Parlement,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile et en vertu de l’article 26 et des alinéas 148(1)d) et 150a) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés (transit entre vols internationaux), ci-après.
