Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Regulations Made Under the Customs Act (Transit Between International Flights) under paragraphs 93(5)(a) and 164(1)(i) and (j) of the Customs Act.
