Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 11 of the Ministries and Ministers of State Act,

(a) terminates the assignment of the Honourable Nathalie Provost made by Order in Council P.C. 2025-478 of May 13, 2025; and

(b) assigns the Honourable Nathalie Provost, Minister of State (Nature) to be styled Secretary of State (Nature), to assist the Minister of the Environment, the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans and the Minister of Natural Resources in the carrying out of those Ministers’ responsibilities.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 11 de la Loi sur les départements et ministres d’État, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) met fin à la délégation de l’honorable Nathalie Provost, faite par le décret C.P. 2025-478 du 13 mai 2025;

b) délègue l’honorable Nathalie Provost, ministre d’État (Nature) devant porter le titre de secrétaire d’État (Nature), auprès du ministre de l’Environnement, du ministre des Pêches et des Océans et du ministre des Ressources naturelles afin qu’elle leur prête son concours dans l’exercice de leurs responsabilités.
