Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, under paragraph 14(1)(a) of the Canada Marine Act, appoints Mark G. Duggan of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, to be a director of the St. John’s Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years, in the place of Beth Maureen McGrath, whose term has expired.

Duggan, de St. John’s (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de St. John’s, pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Beth Maureen McGrath dont le mandat a pris fin.
