Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities, after consultation by the Minister with the Board of Directors of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation,

(a) appoints Ernst & Young LLP of Ottawa, Ontario, as auditor of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation for the year 2026 under section 30 of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation Act and subsection 134(1) of the Financial Administration Act; and

(b) appoints the Auditor General of Canada as joint auditor of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation for the year 2026 under subsection 134(2) of the Financial Administration Act.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivitéset après consultation, par ce dernier, du conseil d’administration de la Société canadienne d’hypothèques et de logement, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) nomme, en vertu de I’article 30 de la Loi sur la Société canadienne d’hypothèques et de logement et du paragraphe 134(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Ernst & Young s.r.l., d’Ottawa (Ontario), à titre de vérificateur de la Société canadienne d’hypothèques et de logement pour l’année 2026;

b) nomme, en vertu du paragraphe 134(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, le vérificateur général du Canada à titre de covérificateur de la Société canadienne d’hypothèques et de logement pour l’année 2026.
