The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advises that the Honourable Daniel Boone, a Justice of Appeal of the Court of Appeal of Newfoundland and Labrador, be appointed Chief Justice of the Court of Appeal of Newfoundland and Labrador, with the style and title of Chief Justice of Newfoundland and Labrador, and a Judge ex officio of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador.
