Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, under sections 91 and 93 of the Patent Act, designates Peter Moreland-Giraldeau of Canmore, Alberta, a member of the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board, as Vice-Chairperson of the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board, during good behaviour for a term ending on October 5, 2028.
