Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Defence, under section 250.1 of the National Defence Act, re-appoints Panagiotis (Peter) Lambrinakos, of Ottawa, Ontario, who is not an officer or non-commissioned member of the Canadian Forces, nor an employee of the Department of National Defence, as a part-time member of the Military Police Complaints Commission, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Défense nationale, en vertu de l’article 250.1 de la Loi sur la défense nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme de nouveau Panagiotis (Peter) Lambrinakos, d’Ottawa (Ontario), qui n’est ni officier ou militaire du rang des Forces canadiennes ni employé du ministère de la Défense nationale, comme membre à temps partiel de la Commission d’examen des plaintes concernant la police militaire, à titre inamovible pour une période de cinq ans.
