Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, under paragraph 14(1)(d) of the CanadaMarineAct, appoints Charlie Harling of Rothesay, New Brunswick, to be a director of the Saint John Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years, in the place of Thomas Gerard O’Neil, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnées dans les lettres patentes, en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Charlie Harling, de Rothesay (Nouveau-Brunswick), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Saint John, pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Thomas Gerard O’Neil dont le mandat a pris fin.
