Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, under paragraph 14(1)(a) of the Canada Marine Act, appoints Mathieu Bouchard of Montréal, Quebec, to be a director of the Montréal Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years, in the place of John Edward Parisella, C.M., O.Q., whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)a) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Mathieu Bouchard, de Montréal (Québec), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Montréal pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de John Edward Parisella, C.M., O.Q., dont le mandat a pris fin.
