Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 46 of the Parliament of Canada Act,

(a) terminates the appointment of David Myles as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of the Environment made by Order in Council P.C. 2026-0523 of May 29, 2026; and

(b) appoints David Myles, a member of the House of Commons, to be Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Canadian Heritage and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of the Environment, to be styled Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Canadian Identity and Culture and Minister responsible for Official Languages and Parliamentary Secretary to the Secretary of State (Nature), for a period ending on May 29, 2027.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, en vertu de l’article 46 de la Loi sur le Parlement du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) met fin à la nomination de David Myles à titre de secrétaire parlementaire de la ministre de l’Environnement, faite par le décret C.P. 2026-0523 du 29 mai 2026;

b) nomme David Myles, député, secrétaire parlementaire du ministre du Patrimoine canadien et secrétaire parlementaire de la ministre de l’Environnement, devant porter le titre de secrétaire parlementaire du ministre de l’Identité et de la Culture canadiennes et ministre responsable des Langues officielles et secrétaire parlementaire de la secrétaire d’État (Nature), pour un mandat se terminant le 29 mai 2027.
