Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Department of Health Regulations (Miscellaneous Program) under

(a) subsection 30(1) of the Food and Drugs Act;

(b) subsection 67(1) of the Pest Control Products Act;

(c) subsection 65(1) of the Assisted Human Reproduction Act;

(d) subsection 66(1) of the Human Pathogens and Toxins Act;

(e) subsection 37(1)of the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act; and

(f) subsection 139(1) of the Cannabis Act.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Santé, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement correctif visant certains règlements (ministère de la Santé), ci-après, en vertu :

a) du paragraphe 30(1) de la Loi sur les aliments et drogues;

b) du paragraphe 67(1) de la Loi sur les produits antiparasitaires;

c) du paragraphe 65(1) de la Loi sur la procréation assistée;

d) du paragraphe 66(1) de la Loi sur les agents pathogènes humains et les toxines;

e) du paragraphe 37(1) de la Loi canadienne sur la sécurité des produits de consommation;

f) du paragraphe 139(1) de la Loi sur le cannabis.
