Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, under paragraph 3(2)(b) and subsections 5(2) and 5(3) of the Competition Tribunal Act, re-appoints Ramaz Samrout of Ottawa, Ontario, as a member of the Competition Tribunal, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of four years.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de l’Industrie, en vertu de l’alinéa 3(2)b) et des paragraphes 5(2) et 5(3) de la Loi sur le Tribunal de la concurrence, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Ramaz Samrout, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre du Tribunal de la concurrence, à titre inamovible pour une période de quatre ans.
