Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, under paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, approves that the National Capital Commission grant an option to extend the ground lease with Conseil scolaire de district catholique du centre-est de l’Ontario, for a period of five years, beginning on April 1, 2028, for the real property located at 3781 Sixth Street, in Ottawa, Ontario, as described in Schedule A and shown in Schedule B.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil donne son accord à l’octroi, par la Commission de la capitale nationale au Conseil scolaire de district catholique du centre-est de l’Ontario, pour que celle-ci accorde d’une option de prolongation de cinq ans, à compter du 1^er avril 2028, du bail foncier portant sur le bien immeuble situé au 3781, rue Sixth, à Ottawa (Ontario), dont la description figure à l’annexe A et l’illustration, à l’annexe B.
