Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, under subsection 73(2) of An Act to amend the Food and Drugs Act, the Hazardous Products Act, the Radiation Emitting Devices Act, the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, the Pest Control Products Act and the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act and to make related amendments to another Act, chapter 9 of the Statutes of Canada, 2016, fixes the day on which this Order is published in the Canada Gazette, Part II, as the day on which subsections 36(2) and (3) of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Santé et en vertu du paragraphe 73(2) de la Loi modifiant la Loi sur les aliments et drogues, la Loi sur les produits dangereux, la Loi sur les dispositifs émettant des radiations, la Loi canadienne sur la protection de l’environnement (1999), la Loi sur les produits antiparasitaires et la Loi canadienne sur la sécurité des produits de consommation et apportant des modifications connexes à une autre loi, chapitre 9 des Lois du Canada (2016), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe à la date de publication du présent décret dans la Partie II de la Gazette du Canada la date d’entrée en vigueur des paragraphes 36(2) et (3) de cette loi.
