Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, under section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Public Works and Government Services of Joanne Michelle Weir of Winnipeg, Manitoba, to be a director of the board of directors of Defence Construction (1951) Limited, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.
