Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development:

(a) after consulting with the organizations representative of employers, under paragraph 9(2)(c) and subsection 10(2) of the Canada Labour Code, appoints Jonathan Plamondon of Montréal, Quebec, to be a full‑time member of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years;

(b) under section 117 of the Canada Labour Code, orders that Jonathan Plamondon be deemed to be employed in the Public Service for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act; and

(c) under section 10.1 of the Canada Labour Code, determines that Jonathan Plamondon shall be exempted from the requirement to reside in the National Capital Region;

effective July 6, 2026.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) après consultation auprès des organisations représentant des employeurs et en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)c) et du paragraphe 10(2) du Code canadien du travail, nomme Jonathan Plamondon, de Montréal (Québec), membre à temps plein du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans;

b) en vertu de l’article 117 du Code canadien du travail, ordonne que Jonathan Plamondon soit réputé faire partie de la fonction publique pour l’application de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique;

c) en vertu de l’article 10.1 du Code canadien du travail, détermine que Jonathan Plamondon soit exempté de l’exigence de résider dans la région de la capitale nationale;

à compter du 6 juillet 2026.
