Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, after consultation by that Minister with the Chief Justices of the Federal Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, the Court Martial Appeal Court of Canada and the Tax Court of Canada and under subsections 5(5) and 6(1) of the Courts Administration Service Act, confirms that David Joseph Jacques Boudreau of the City of Québec in the province of Quebec, may continue to act as Chief Administrator of the Courts Administration Service for a term of six months or until such time as a new Chief Administrator is appointed, whichever occurs first, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 7 ($259,100 - $304,800), effective June 20, 2026.
