Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance,

(a) under subsection 3(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, appoints Susan Hutton of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a full-time temporary member of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years; and

(b) under subsection 10(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, orders that Susan Hutton be deemed to be employed in the public service for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act;

effective June 15, 2026.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil;

a) en vertu du paragraphe 3(2) de la Loi sur le Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, nomme Susan Hutton, d’Ottawa (Ontario), vacataire à temps plein du Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 10(2) de la Loi sur le Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, ordonne que Susan Hutton soit réputée faire partie de la fonction publique pour l’application de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique;

à compter du 15 juin 2026.
