Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs with the concurrence of the Minister of the Environment, under Article VII of the Treaty Between Canada and the United States of America Concerning the Diversion of the Niagara River, appoints Jacob Bruxer of Cornwall, Ontario, to be the Canadian Representative to the International Niagara Committee, to hold office during pleasure.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères et avec l’assentiment de la ministre de l’Environnement, en vertu de l’article VII du Traité entre le Canada et les États-Unis d’Amérique concernant la dérivation des eaux du Niagara, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Jacob Bruxer de Cornwall, Ontario, représentant du Canada au Comité international de la rivière Niagara, à titre amovible.
