Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (Electronic Travel Authorization) under subsections 5(1), 11(1.01) and 14(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.
