Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, under subsection 4(b) and section 8 of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety Act, re-appoints Kimberly Gail Malazine Boland of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, as a governor of the Council of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety, being the nominee of the Lieutenant Governor in Council of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, effective June 20, 2026.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social, en vertu du paragraphe 4(b) et de l’article 8 de la Loi sur le Centre canadien d’hygiène et de sécurité au travail, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Kimberly Gail Malazine Boland, de St. John’s (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), proposée par la lieutenante-gouverneure en conseil de la province de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, conseillère du Conseil du Centre canadien d’hygiène et de sécurité au travail, à titre amovible pour une période de quatre ans, à compter du 20 juin 2026.
