The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that letters patent under the Great Seal of Canada be issued appointing Giuseppina D’Agostino of the City of Vaughan, in the Province of Ontario, Barrister-at-law, a Judge of the Federal Court, anda Judge ex officio of the Federal Court of Appeal.
