Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, under subsections 3(1), 3(2) and 5(1) of the Farm Products Agencies Act:

(a) reappoints Brian Douglas of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, as a member of the National Farm Products Council, to hold office during pleasure for a term ending on October 2, 2027;

(b) designates Brian Douglas as Chairperson of the National Farm Products Council; and

(c) fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CGQ 6 ($225,300 - $265,000);

effective June 11, 2026.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire, en vertu des paragraphes 3(1), 3(2) et 5(1) de la Loi sur les offices des produits agricoles, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil:

a) renouvelle le mandat de Brian Douglas, de Charlottetown (Île-du-Prince-Édouard), membre du Conseil national des produits agricoles, à titre amovible pour un mandat se terminant le 2 octobre 2027;

b) désigne Brian Douglas, président du Conseil national des produits agricoles;

c) fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle CGQ 6 (225 300$ - 265 000$);

à compter du 11 juin 2026.
