Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, under subsections 3(2) and 3(6) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, re-appoints Randolph Heggart of Ottawa, Ontario, as a full-time temporary member of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, effective June 24, 2026.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances, en vertu des paragraphes 3(2) et 3(6) de la Loi sur le Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Randolph Heggart, d’Ottawa (Ontario), vacataire à temps plein du Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, à titre inamovible pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 24 juin 2026.
