Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, under sections 3 and 6 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, appoints Eric Wildhaber of Gatineau, Quebec, to be Vice-chairperson of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 6 ($225,300 - $265,000), effective May 11, 2026.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances, en vertu des articles 3 et 6 de la Loi sur le Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Eric Wildhaber, de Gatineau (Québec), vice-président du Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (225 300 $ - 265 000 $), à compter du 11 mai 2026.
