                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, after consultation with the board of directors of Parc Downsview Park Inc., pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby appoints David V.J. Bell of Thornhill, Ontario, as chairman of the board of directors of Parc Downsview Park Inc., to hold office during pleasure, for a term of three years.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, après consultation du conseil d’administration de Parc Downsview Park Inc., et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme David V.J. Bell, de Thornhill (Ontario), président du conseil d’administration de Parc Downsview Park Inc., à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans.
