Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Regulations Made Under the Canada Labour Code (Equal Treatment and Temporary Help Agencies) under paragraphs 182.4(a), (b) and (c) and 203.5(a), (b) and (c) and subsections 264(1) and 270(1) of the Canada Labour Code.
