Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, under subsections 45(1), 45(4), 45(5) and section 47 of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, reappoints Linda Ann Bell of Victoria, British Columbia, as a full-time member of the Social Security Tribunal who may hear matters in the Employment Insurance Section, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of two years, effective May 4, 2026.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social, en vertu des paragraphes 45(1), 45(4), 45(5) et de l’article 47 de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Linda Ann Bell, de Victoria (Colombie-Britannique), membre à temps plein du Tribunal de la sécurité sociale qui pourra entendre des causes pour la section de l’assurance-emploi, à titre inamovible pour une période de deux ans, à compter du 4 mai 2026.
