Whereas the Minister of Justice has nominated Jacqueline Penney, K.C., to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, under Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints Jacqueline Penney, K.C., of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.

Attendu que le ministre de la Justice a proposé que Jacqueline Penney, c.r., soit nommée membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador;

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme Jacqueline Penney, c.r., de St. John’s (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans.
