Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, under subsection 3(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, appoints Michèle Govier of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a part-time temporary member of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of six months, effective July 6, 2026.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances, en vertu du paragraphe 3(2) de la Loi sur le Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Michèle Govier, d’Ottawa (Ontario), vacataire à temps partiel du Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de six mois, à compter du 6 juillet 2026.
