Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, under subsection 7(2) of the Federal-Provincial Fiscal Arrangements Act, approves that the Minister, on behalf of the Government of Canada, enter into agreements to amend the terms and conditions of the First Nations sales tax administration agreements with each of Westbank First Nation, Tk?emlúps te Secwépemc, Stz'uminus First Nation, Adams Lake Indian Band, Tzeachten First Nation, Cowichan Tribes and Skwlax te Secwepemcúl?ecw, which amending agreements are to be substantially in accordance with the draft agreements set out in Schedules 1 to 7.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 7(2) de la Loi sur les arrangements fiscaux entre le gouvernement fédéral et les provinces, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la conclusion par ce ministre, pour le compte du gouvernement du Canada, d’accords visant à modifier les modalités des accords d’application de la taxe de vente des premières nations conclus avec la Westbank First Nation, Tk?emlúps te Secwépemc, la Stz'uminus First Nation, la Adams Lake Indian Band, la Tzeachten First Nation, les Cowichan Tribes et Skwlax te Secwepemcúl?ecw, respectivement, ces accords modificatifs devant être conformes en substance aux projets d’accords figurant aux annexes 1 à 7.
