Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, under paragraph 3(2)(a) and subsection 5(1) of the Competition Tribunal Act, appoints the Honourable Phuong Thuy Van Ngo of Ottawa, Ontario, a Judge of the Federal Court, to be a member of the Competition Tribunal, to hold office for a term of seven years.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, en vertu de l’alinéa 3(2)a) et du paragraphe 5(1) de la Loi sur le Tribunal de la concurrence, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme l’honorable Phuong Thuy Van Ngo, d’Ottawa (Ontario), juge de la Cour fédérale, à titre de membre du Tribunal de la concurrence, pour un mandat de sept ans.
