Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, under paragraph 153(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, appoints Richard Joseph Benoît Sheitoyan of Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, Quebec, to be a part-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Montréal Regional Office), to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, effective April 30, 2026.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration, en vertu de l’alinéa 153(1)a) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Richard Joseph Benoît Sheitoyan, de Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville (Québec), commissaire à temps partiel de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Montréal), à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, à compter du 30 avril 2026.
