Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, under sections 45.29 and 45.3 of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Act, appoints Roxanne M. Gagné of Candiac, Quebec, to be a full‑time member and Vice-Chairperson of the Civilian Review and Complaints Commission for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($184,200 - $215,600), effective April 20, 2026.

Gagné, de Candiac (Québec), membre à temps plein et vice-présidente de la Commission civile d’examen et de traitement des plaintes relatives à la Gendarmerie royale du Canada, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (184 200 $ - 215 600 $), à compter du 20 avril 2026.
