Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, under subsection 7(2) of the Federal-Provincial Fiscal Arrangements Act, approves that the Minister of Finance, on behalf of the Government of Canada, enter into agreements to amend the tax collection agreements with the government of each of Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Manitoba, British Columbia, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut, which amending agreements are to be substantially in accordance with the draft agreements set out in Schedules 1 to 12.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 7(2) de la Loi sur les arrangements fiscaux entre le gouvernement fédéral et les provinces, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la conclusion par le ministre des Finances, pour le compte du gouvernement du Canada, d’accords visant à modifier les accords de perception fiscale conclus avec chacun desgouvernements de l’Ontario, de la Nouvelle-Écosse, du Nouveau-Brunswick, du Manitoba, de la Colombie-Britannique, de l’Île-du-Prince-Édouard, de la Saskatchewan, de l’Alberta, de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, du Yukon, des Territoires du Nord‑Ouest et du Nunavut, lesquels accords modificatifs étant conformes en substance aux projets d’accords figurant aux annexes 1 à 12.
