Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under subsection 5(1) of the Nunavut Act, reappoints the Honourable Eva Qamaniq Aariak, C.M., O.Nu., of Iqaluit, Nunavut, as Commissioner of Nunavut for a term ending on April 30, 2026, and fixes certain conditions of her employment as set out in the annexed schedule, effective April 1, 2026.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, en vertu du paragraphe 5(1) de la Loi sur le Nunavut, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de l’honorable Eva Qamaniq Aariak, C.M., O.Nu., d’Iqaluit (Nunavut), commissaire du Nunavut pour une période se terminant le 30 avril 2026, et fixe certaines conditions de son emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, à compter du 1^er avril 2026.
