Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities, after consultation by the Minister with the Board of Directors of Canada Lands Company Limited, under section 134 of the Financial Administration Act, appoints the Auditor General of Canada as auditor of Canada Lands Company Limited and its subsidiaries, Canada Lands Company CLC Limited, Old Port of Montréal Corporation Inc. and Parc Downsview Park Inc. for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2026.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités, après consultation par celui-ci du conseil d’administration de la Société immobilière du Canada limitée, et en vertu de l'article 134 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme le vérificateur général du Canada à titre de vérificateur de la Société immobilière du Canada limitée et de ses filiales, à savoir la Société immobilière du Canada CLC limitée, la Société du Vieux-Port de Montréal Inc. et le Parc Downsview Park Inc., pour l’exercice se terminant le 31 mars 2026.
