Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes

(a) the Prime Minister or the Minister of Foreign Affairs to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, with the effect of bringing into force, the Arrangement between the Government of Canada and the European Space Agency concerning the Participation by the Government of Canada in the FutureNAV Programme; or

(b) the Minister of Foreign Affairs to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Mélanie Joly, Minister of Industry; Lisa Campbell, President of the Canadian Space Agency; Jean-Claude Piedboeuf, Senior Vice-President, Space Programs, Canadian Space Agency; Christian Lange, Director General, Space Science and Technology, Canadian Space Agency; Ruth Ann Chicoine Director, Technology Development Management, Space Science and Technology, Canadian Space Agency; or Maja Djukic, Canadian Permanent Delegate to the European Space Agency, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, with the effect of bringing into force, the Arrangement between the Government of Canada and the European Space Agency concerning the Participation by the Government of Canada in the FutureNAV Programme.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise :

a) soit le premier ministre ou la ministre des Affaires étrangères à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, avec pour effet de le mettre en vigueur, l’Arrangement entre le Gouvernement du Canada et l’Agence spatiale européenne concernant la participation du gouvernement du Canada au programme FutureNAV;

b) soit la ministre des Affaires étrangères à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Mélanie Joly, ministre de l’Industrie, Lisa Campbell, présidente de l’Agence spatiale canadienne, Jean-Claude Piedboeuf, vice-président principal des Programmes spatiaux de l’Agence spatiale canadienne, Christian Lange, directeur général des Sciences et technologies spatiales de l’Agence spatiale canadienne, Ruth Ann Chicoine, directrice de la Gestion du développement technologique, Sciences et technologies spatiales, de l’Agence spatiale canadienne, ou Maja Djukic, déléguée permanente du Canada auprès de l’Agence spatiale européenne, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, avec pour effet de le mettre en vigueur, l’Arrangement entre le Gouvernement du Canada et l’Agence spatiale européenne concernant la participation du gouvernement du Canada au programme FutureNAV.
