Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, under paragraph 3(2)(b) and subsections 5(2) and 5(3) of the Competition Tribunal Act, re-appoints Stephen Law of Sackville, New Brunswick, as a member of the Competition Tribunal, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of four years, effective April 15, 2026.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de l’Industrie, en vertu de l’alinéa 3(2)b) et des paragraphes 5(2) et 5(3) de la Loi sur le Tribunal de la concurrence, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Stephen Law, de Sackville (Nouveau Brunswick), membre du Tribunal de la concurrence, à titre inamovible pour une période de quatre ans, à compter du 15 avril 2026.
