Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, repeals Order in Council P.C. 2021-508 of June 3, 2021 and, under paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, approves that the National Capital Commission enter into a lease with Nesting Ground and Ottawa Community Housing Corporation, for a period of 99 years, for the real property located at 1460 Riverside Drive, in Ottawa, Ontario, as described in Schedule A and shown in Schedule B.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil abroge le décret C.P. 2021-508 du 3 juin 2021 et, en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, donne son accord à l’octroi par la Commission de la capitale nationale à Nesting Ground et à la Société de logement communautaire d’Ottawa d’un bail pour une période de quatre-vingt-dix-neuf ans, portant sur le bien immeuble situé au 1460, promenade Riverside, à Ottawa (Ontario), dont la description figure à l’annexe A et l’illustration, à l’annexe B.
