Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, under section 3 and subsection 6(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, appoints Bree Jamieson-Holloway of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, to hold office during good behaviour for a term ending on December 4, 2027, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 8 ($297,500 - $349,900).
