Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to take the actions necessary for Canada to accede to theAgreement on the Establishment of the International Vaccine Institute, done at New York on October 28, 1996, as amended as of November 16, 2022.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celle-ci à prendre les mesures nécessaires à l’adhésion du Canada à l’accord intitulé « Agreement on the Establishment of the International Vaccine Institute », fait à New York le 28 octobre 1996, dans sa version amendée du 16 novembre 2022.
