Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Schedule to the International Bridges and Tunnels Act and the International Bridges and Tunnels Regulations under subsection 4(2) and sections 14 and 15 of the International Bridges and TunnelsAct.
