Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and with the concurrence of the Minister of Justice, appoints Rebecca Netley, Legal Advisor and Director General, International Law Bureau, Global Affairs Canada, to be the Agent for Canada at the International Court of Justice, with the rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, in accordance with the terms of reference set out in the annexed schedule.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères et avec l’assentiment du ministre de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Rebecca Netley, jurisconsulte et directrice générale, direction générale du droit international, Affaires mondiales Canada, Agente du Canada devant la Cour internationale de Justice, avec rang d’ambassadrice extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire, conformément au mandat figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe.
