Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, appoints Sandra McCardell of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Senior Advisor, Global Affairs Canada, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($248,400 - $292,200), effective March 23, 2026.
