Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under subsection 8(1) of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Act, appoints David Angell of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($248,400 - $292,200), effective March 23, 2026.
